vintage gelatin silver prints on double-weight paper, toned

sheet; mounts: 30 x 24 and 40 x 50 cm respectively
Markings:
Both photographs are verso signed in pencil ‘DEMEYER’
Condition:
The works are overall in good condition. The vertical format picture shows a minimal abrasion in raking light. There are retouchings on the negative to the girl's armpits. The photo is taped to the mat along the upper margin. The second photo shows marginal blemishes, especially on the left edge, where the upper corner is missing and the surface is damaged. The sheet is mounted with photo corners under a mat. The verso of both photos shows traces of previous mounting,
